Superb Customer Service from Dale Fletcher
We ordered the wrong dishwasher but did not realise because it sat unpacked whilst we completed our kitchen. On Sunday 26th October we unpacked it with our installation plumber and realised our mistake.
We immediately took photos and emailed the service department. And then phoned on Monday 27th morning.
Step in the extraordinary Dale Fletcher. He asked several questions to clarify the situation, assessing the merit of our genuine mistake and agreed to exchange the machine for the one we thought we had bought.
Not only did he do that - he also worked hard to find a date to get the replacement to us fast as we had been w/o a DW for so long.
He offered generous & professional & efficient solutions to our mess-up. We could hardly believe our good fortune.
Dale was superb.
But we also think perhaps his response is the culture of the company? - that the ELekDirect/AO commitment to the customer is important to them?
You dont feel that often these days.
