Defective driver's seat

A fault was identified with the driver's seat not traversing completely and brake vibration. I returned the car to Carplanet after having secured a courtesy vehicle with Kleo in the Aftersales team. Initially, the communication responses were not up to expectation and the courtesy car quality was a compromise but as the repair leadtime was only 1 week, I conceded.
The car was finally completed in the timeframe expected, the communication in the interim was faultless and as far as the quality of work is concerned there appears to be no issue, so I am very pleased. The rating of 4 out of 5 is due to the initial experience and the standard of courtesy car.
My aftersales coordinator was very courteous and apologetic for the failings but very attentive to customer satisfaction.

The few experiences with Compass so far have proved to be beyond satisfactory. The competence and expediency at which issues were addressed and diagnosed were faultless.
In addition to the impressive mechanical service is now the feature of Amex acceptance as a route to payment option.

Chevron Rose attended our property on Wednesday 6th March to install the new alarm system, upgrading us to wireless modern equipment. The work was carried out efficiently and professionally by a very courteous young man. All dust and debris was cleaned up and redundant materials removed.

Voucher acceptance process

Please with the product range offered and the ease of ordering but i attempted to use a voucher card to part pay and the system did not permit this to be done and took 24 hours to notify of this.
If I use the £20 voucher I have to pay delivery charge and cannot part payment, only option is to spend the voucher elsewhere.
