After your installation, we'd always recommend having a look at our Help Centre. You'll find guides to setting up a routine, API integration, pairing your tariff, solar charging and more (there's a lot you can do with an Ohme!). Also, there's a chat function on each article. Here's a link for you:

Brilliant Service by M&S Energy

M&S Energy are amazing. Their customer service is fast, informative and extremely helpful. They reply within hours to emails and when you telephone they answer in seconds. They make you feel like you are the only customer. they have! I have dealt with several members of the Customer Service Team - Femi, Rhianna, Bethany all listen and give great advice. A breath of fresh air as dealing with my old energy supplier was terrible.
