Forced to watch 5 minutes of adverts before being able to watch a program is cynical at best. I get you need to maximise revenue and that by creating a terrible experience on the free version you are forcing people into subscribing but you should know: 1. Most people will go off and do something else while the ads are on (or scroll on their phones). 2. When people are already paying for multiple streaming services that have a superior output, so why would they add another?
Prompt delivery timescale - within 3 days of order. Usual issues with carrier (DHL) only giving an hours notice of delivery time slot but it was on the day that was promised. Well packaged and only minimal skills needs to fix pedals/handlebars in place
Very good service. Bit of an issue initially with website saying I couldn’t have a towbar for my model/age of car. A call to the team established it was a case of checking with the fitting team who were able to progress. Aside from that - very happy with service from purchase to fitting. fitter arrived on time and was all done in 2 hours. Very tidy job.
Best price on the internet and was delivered within 49 hours.

Arranged a new lease for a Van through Vanarama. Great service from start to finish. Initial contact made within an hour of my request via their website. Lease terms agreed and confirmed within a few days and new van delivered within a few weeks with regular contact throughout. Highly recommend.
Selection was good and price reasonable. Had two follow up email requesting info that should have been collected when the order was placed. Delivery time too long. When the glasses arrived they were a poor fit.

Our team of Dispensing Opticians are always happy to offer adjustments to frames to allow them to fit better. You can return your glasses to us with instructions regarding the fit, or you may have a spare pair we could use as a template.
