I had Leaf Filter installed in January. The installation was quick and painless. However, when I began to clean flower bed around the house I found multiple spacers from the old gutter nails on the ground. Recently I noticed water flowing over the edge of the gutter in 2 locations. I discussed the issue with a representative from Leaf Filter and scheduled an appointment to remedy the problem. 5 days have passed since the appointment and no one has contacted me. I have made 4 calls to the service department with a long wait on hold. They give an option to leave a voice mail and receive a call back. No one bothers to call back. Now we wait for spring pollen that used to clog my gutters and next fall for the mountain of leaves we contend with.
