The interaction with the people on the phone is really open, honest and clear. I had no problem with purchasing gear or discussing what I needed (rather than what they thought I needed, which usually makes me walk the other way).
All my interactions have been positive.

Plymouth LCE's respose was almost instantaneous. I had the lens in my hand a day, 150 miles away, after less than 24 hours. It was perfectly wrapped and protected so I had no doubt about the delivery or that the lens reached me as it had left the shop.

Delivered ahead of schedule. Not yet used in printer so no comment on ink which is about 95+% of the point of a review of an ink purchase.

Objectively this was a simple process that minimised the problems of there being so many stages to go through. I am assuming that my next usage will be much more straight forward.

Good supplier and good price. One has to double check that selections have registered as specified as errors can be low value but time consuming to correct. Delivery good times and procedures good. Personally I will continue to use traditional merchants myself

I used c&C. It worked very well. When I had to amend my order it was done instantly and the refund was sent back on my debit card straightaway. No quibble. I would buy a holiday from this company!

I was prepared for a 'see you later alligator', CV-19 etc reply but received a quick and friendly response and quick appointment. The problem was a difficult one to sort out but the electrician took the time to restore the system to working order. Very pleased with the response. Thank you.

The filter adapters work really well. Very quick to remove and replace. Avoids all the potential for cross thread stickiness, less likely to drop the filter while dealing with expensive kit in bad weather. Could become too expensive for me if I wanted to deck all lenses with this facility. Unusally Manfrotto seem to be the cheapest retailers of this equipment: it seemed to cost significantly more and some other outlets. Delivery and packing were quick and good. Service overall of a standard where I would recommend even a friend to go.

The delivery was prompt, very well packaged with shock absorbent cardboard as well as half a roll of bubble wrap. Good style, fittings for hanging provided. The finished installation looks good.

Works really well, so much easier and quicker than filters that need to screwed on/off all the time.
