Excellent product and very fast delivery!

AKU Conero, size 10 Purchased 11/03/2024 from Tiso, Perth, Scotland. The boots are very comfortable to wear and fit perfect. They are worn only on Tarmac for around 3.5 miles per day on dry days. They have worn down to an unacceptable level in 5 months. Also have an issue starting with the rand. No advice was given regarding this possibility at point of sale. These boot cost £275 at Tiso. For them to last this amount of time is ridiculous. I have asked the Supplier Ardblair-Sports Importers to inspect them, as they need to update AKU with this concern. I would avoid purchasing these for any reason than other than walking on mountain trails and grass as they are not fit for purpose. This should also be annotated on the box as advice note to prevent purchasing and disappointment in future. Seriously disappointed with these!!

Rangemaster Cooker Hood suffering from blistering on paintwork in prominent position, just outside of warranty. Company refuses to address the issues despite being advised that they need to address quality issues for future sales. £600 Cooker hood apparently manufactured from Stainless Steel. Supplied photos of paint bubbling, and magnet attached to hood. Suspect low grade stainless steel, or paint process ineffective. Rangemaster choose to ignore this complaint, despite me advising their processes and QC controls must be flawed.

Used Shiply twice now and both times their sub contractor has tried to rip me.
1. 2 Bikes transported from Belgium to Scotland by Bultrans who quoted through Shiply. Van driver tried to rip me off for £200 the night before delivering the bikes! Again tried to get me to donate £??? to him for the delivery.
Shiply no assistance whatsoever.

2. 1 bike transport from Pickering to Scotland with Collection dates 03/08 or 04/08, delivery date to Scotland 10/08.
Shiply subcontractor HES Safe Logistics. They have totall ignored the dates on the Shiply request. Collection was made on 07/08 from Pickering, bike transported to Birmingham.
Despite asking to confirm delivery date, they eventually advised delivery would be 16/08 or 17/08, as yet unconfirmed. Over a week to deliver a motorcycle approx 240 miles. Despite HES Safe Logistics claiming to be 'Experienced and Flexible with the Schedule'.
Again Shiply wash their hands of any involvement with their sub contractor.
To end, Please avoid using Shiply as they are just an intermediate. The quote request through Shiply means absolutely nothing to anyone picking up the quote.
Disgusted with the service provided.

Booked for Monday, never collected until Wednesday. Absolute rubbish service!

It may assist with stopping returns, to advise that Dubarry shoes are made small and by how much.

Kwik Fit Glenrothes Fife. Had 2 visits recently to this branch to have new runflat tyres fitted to 19" Wheels on BMW 520d M Sport. The guys could not have been better, really looked after my perfect alloys when fitting the tyres and invited me to inspect them once fitted for assurance.
Can I just say that these guys can be trusted to fit tyres and really take care of your vehicle.
