I have not experienced this company before but they were great at communication. I knew exactly where my item was and had numerous updates on it's progress and expected delivery right up to the delivery day when I got a 2hour slot and even a live phone call from the driver telling me he would arrive in the next 15 mins!

I received my renewal invitation which quoted and exorbitant amount compared with the previous year considering I have made no claims at all.
I went to a comparison website and put in all the same details as I had last year and found your company listed offering a reasonable price - Why did you not do that to start with????

You don't buy a Vaccuum cleaner every week so if like me, you are going to buy online, one reads the descriptions and specifications carefully. Also the price is important. The shark fitted all these criteria with clear descriptions of what you are getting. The delivery was very quick and I was really impressed at it's performance. I am also pleased with the fact that one can get spare parts.

I am impressed with the help I have received! A real person listened to my problem and resolved it fairly and swiftly! I have bought lots of plants recently as I am creating a completely new garden from a square of grass. I have joined the 'club' and am very happy to continue buying from YouGarden.

I have used Parcel2Go many times and find them reliable and cost effective. The only thing I find difficult is altering an address that is saved. I recently moved house and needed to change my address from the one I have had for 8 years but found it quite annoyingly difficult because the site kept putting in parts of it in the wrong order!

Exactly the item I wanted at a reasonable price and did not sting me for excessive postage. An easy to use website. Delivered promptly and intact. All round a good experience.

I am a great believer in having milk delivered but Milk and More have recently started leaving me the dregs of their milk with only such a short time left on it that it is off before the next delivery!! I complained and for about 2 weeks they improved but now they are back to their old ways. Today I had a delivery with only 4 days on it!!!

Raphael was exceedingly patient and talked me through the whole process of setting up the second Lincsys tower to provide a broadband connection to my cabin in the garden of my house. We had to wait at one point for 30 mins to see if the connection was stable before moving the tower out of the house. He promised to phone me back and he kept his promise, we then continued the process to move the tower into the garage and then into the cabin. During the whole process Raphael was considerate and polite and patient allowing for my age of 77 and lack of 'computer' knowledge. He told me how to manage my mobile so that we could run a speed check without cutting him off!!! Altogether a very good experience!

The customer sales people were very helpful and the manager helped me through the procedure to pay as I was unsure how to do it. He was very kind! Thank you.

The shelving I ordered arrived in good time and was exactly what I expected - thank you.

I waited a long time for my local Blandford store to receive the loft boards they were promised according to their stock order list but they never came and eventually I had to go to Branksome branch (where I had never been and had to find which meant touring about for some time) to get them. I picked up 3 other items in store and when I got to the checkout 2 of the 3 came up at higher prices than they were on the shelf ticket and I had to query them to get the right price - not good!

As always - prompt service and quality seed! This is the 2nd year I have bought your seed - based on the results from this summer and autumn - your seeds are superb!!
