Couldn’t wish for a better journey!

Dawn and Marcus (Sales team) have been fantastic throughout the whole process. After our original house purchase fell through we came to look round the development and reserved straight away. They put up with us changing our mind on which plot we wanted, kept us updated with each step and managed to complete in record time before the SDLT deadline.
We’re now just starting the process with the site team who have also been great so far. There’s a couple of minor snags as is to be expected with any new build home, but a number of pre-completion snags have already been completed with more already booked in.
Really happy with our experience so far!

Excellent service

This is the second time I have used Shine Repair and I couldn’t fault them. Booking in with them is easy, the staff are really professional and the finish is excellent. Whilst waiting for a repair to my door I submitted another claim for the wing on the same side which had occurred at a later date and they added it onto the same appointment, so I didn’t have to wait for another. Would highly recommend!

Wish I could give 0 stars. I have been assigned Pacifica for a AEG repair service twice now. First time on a faulty induction hob which it took them almost 5 months to repair - the main fault was actually caused by one of their incompetent engineers cutting a wire and causing it to short circuit. Second was for our integrated dishwasher - the repair engineer turned up at 4pm on a Friday, changed a part and left. Didn’t test it to see whether that new part was the solution required. Guess what - the dishwasher still isn’t working and can’t get someone back out for at least another week. Completely useless, can’t believe I am going through the same awful experience for the second time around!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. I have used the repair service twice now. First time on a faulty induction hob which it took them almost 5 months to repair. Second was for our integrated dishwasher - the repair engineer turned up at 4pm on a Friday, changed a part and left. Don’t test to see whether that new part was the solution required. Guess what - the dishwasher still isn’t working and can’t get someone back out for at least another week! Not even going to bother waiting for the revisit, going to replace the dishwasher with another brand. AVOID AEG LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Customer service is atrocious.

Great quality but needs more instructions

Everything leading up to the delivery was great, regular contact and easy to reorganise if possible. We bought the Milano range so everything came preassembled, however when it comes to putting the units in place we could have done with more instructions. We’ve had to figure some of it out ourselves with the help of an internet search. But overall we are extremely, it’s high quality and looks amazing.
