Tried to return an order as too tight on waist and can't have my money back only a credit note. I want my money back not a credit note. I gave cancelled my klarna payment under dispute

Shorts were a present and the fantastic return and replacement service were excellent when the size was wrong

The service is good but the chocolate has a strange texture and found it too sweet. Didn't like the weird flavours
