Review of Funding Circle
The service beggars belief. Can this really be incompetence or is there something more sinister? So I asked to transfer money from my Funding Circle ISA to another provider as they've ceased P2P lending. No problem they said, get the new provider to fill in the form. The new provider immediately did so. Then nothing. after 3 weeks and chasing 3 times they said they might not have opened the post yet!!!! So the form was e-mailed. they said money would be there in 1-3 days. Nothing. Chased, was told money would be there in 1-3 days. Nothing. Have just been told money will be there in 1-3 days. It won't. The complaints phone number is switched off. What is going on? Fraud or incompetence of biblical proportions?

They don't make it easy to actually get your cash. I did in the end, but had to seek online help to get a few things fixed. When those problems were solved I then ended up having to delete cookies to make my account function properly.
And had I not logged in out if interest one day I wouldn't have stumbled across the message that they were going to charge me £5 for the honour of having an account with them unless I opted out!!! Strange how that message doesn't come out on an e-mail!

In a nutshell, completely pathetic, a company out of control. Whoever owns the company should think seriously about sacking some mangers. Whoever made the decision to keep taking customers money knowing they had no hope of delivering has no place running a business. My story, order number W10287884
Order placed May 17th, Website said due to cover delivery would be 2-4 weeks. OK I thought I can live with that. Bit disappointed that e-mail and phones were disconnected so that they could concentrate on delivering but OK, so long as it turns up. It didn't. No update of any kind received until I managed to contact through Facebook, was told delivery would be within 2 weeks i.e. end of July. July passed; nothing. I contacted again was told delivery would be within 2 weeks again. I said that sounds familiar, are you sure? Was told would be mid September. They couldn't even assure me that the item I'd ordered was in stock. I gave up and at least got a refund.
Decent businesses knew when to stop taking orders - you continued to take customer's money. Covid is absolutely no excuse for bad, greedy behaviour. Will never use you again and will recommend same to everyone I know. I hope customers will eventually wake up to your reviews.

Review of One Insurance Solution
Obviously this review is at the point I've taken out insurance rather than making a claim... All very good so far, we had slightly unusual needs (building work ongoing) but people called back when they said they would and were clear with their answers. I can't say that for other companies I poke to.
