Bad business move

Bad business move. I miss letgo, this offer up app is awful, filled with annoying ads and it's not as user friendly. Even their new look is horrible, pictures are smaller and I do not enjoy scrolling through listings anymore. Letgo had a nice safe, local feel to it. I had nothing but good experiences and fast direct communication. I do not feel the same way about Offer Up and no longer enjoy browsing for items. What a shame...

BEWARE

BEWARE! This company does not operate like other textbook companies like Chegg who are user friendly to students who may have tons of books to return and lose track of due dates. THIS COMPANY'S ALERTS MAY GO TO SPAM MAILBOX! MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SPAM FOR DUE DATE ALERTS. Just was charged full price of a textbook because I missed the window date. Customer service will do nothing for you. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SHADY COMPANY FOR TEXTBOOKS EVER AGAIN!
