Pathetic company. Will never ever use their services again!

We have recently used their services for the very first time in Ibiza, Spain.

We had booked an automatic car as we always do when we travel in a different country.

Upon arriving and waiting for our turn we were told that two of the (what appears to be the only available at the time) automatic cars were not returned on time by the customers ... One of the customers put a note that "they did not want to return it" ...

The rep called the second driver and was surprised to learn that they had apparently extended their booking or so.

We were offered a manual car or the choice to have or reservation cancelled.

You can guess that travelling for the whole day with an under 2y child and arriving late night, you'd be pretty much out of options and so we had no choice but to reluctantly agree.

We asked if there will be some sort of compensation or partial refund due to the clear difference in value when you book automatic vs manual and were told that they cannot do anything.

We were given an customers service email address, which when tried to email the next day, bounced back as undeliverable.

Calling their phone number resulted in to better luch.

Pathetic company. Will never ever use their services again!

What a waste of time ...

Purchased an expensive laptop online only to find out that it had BIOS admin lock password ...

The positive was that they refunded straight away in a local shop.

But in general, it was a great waste of time and efforts this end.

Their description (lack of) is abysmal.

Do not recommend.

There’s an issue with VAT on some of your transactions

Why do we have to spend extra trim correcting QuickBooks/Intuit own mistakes?

The software is ever so frequently glitchy with errors appearing and now this last issue where VAT is not recorded due to a glitch.

We have to spend out of our own time and resources to make corrections ...

The correct action instead of sending apologies is to offer a month (at least) of subscription). This is how you say that you are sorry. Otherwise it is meaningless.

We will be considering Xero now.

Without consent they got our email and are spamming us every other day, even though we unfollowed and unsubscribed (we had never followed/subscribed on the first place to be frank).

Just a glimpse of the unlawful practices the firm engages in. That is the least of course. All they care about is making a quick buck ...

SPAM, SPAM, SPAM !!!

For so many years, these people won't understand that their letters are extremely annoying to say the least.

If people wanted to watch their programmes illegally, they would have and will find a way.

In an age where on demand TV is the standard, it seems so desperate and intrusive to one's privacy and peaceful living to have to receive their threatening and letters over and over again.

It is an absurd.

PayPal is a rip off. Do not use it!

We had to cancel and refund and payment literally a couple of minutes after it had been received due to an error on the payer's side.

PayPal charged fees and would not refund them ... There has been no sale or goods or service via the transaction as it was refunded to the sender.

Dishonest practices and/or pure negligrece!

Placed an order on Tue 8 Jul, 13:31.

Then realised it was a mistake and requested for the order to be cancelled on Tue 8 Jul, at 14:52.

On the following day, 8th July at 13:42, the seller declined to cancel the order saying that it was dispatched ... Then checking the courier tracking page, it was still showing "we are expecting it".

Not only will returned it at their expense and for a full refund but will leave negative feedback and reviews anywhere possible.

You will not make people fools.

Used to like Google. Now the attitude is turning around.

Google services are becoming super poor, managed entirely by bots.

In particular it is impossible to speak or wrote to real human being as their contact pages draw you in one after another automated bot-irrelevant options.

We've requested many times to give us access to our own data and our own page as required by law.

The platform does not allow you control over your own information and are monopolising it for their own greed preposes.

Not to even go in the direction of the thousands of fraudulent websites they freely promote! As long as someone is paying, they have no scrupulous over if what is being advertised is even real.

Sadly it has been a complete waste of time

We served on a platter a theft case as we investigated ourselves when someone stole an item from us. We provided the name and multiple addresses of the criminal and their online profile. Moreover we logically explained how the theft was carried out.

For a whole month there was no update to our case when on the last day, right before the bank holiday (how convenient), a templated email came past 6pm to say that there is no viable lines of enquiry ...

We pay taxes for an unreliable and broken police system! What a shame really.

Very slow services. I have been waiting over 11 days for an UK to UK small parcel ...

Have been told will need to wait 25 working days in total just to claim lost item ... How bizarre is midley put!

Do not recommend using them at all.

Lots of unlawful, trapping practices

Lots of illegal practices.

How on earth is it okay to receive a falsely advertised item and then have to pay out of pocket to return it?

On top of that this shady firm made it impossible to rightfully 'reward' the seller with a negative feedback as they deserved it very much so.

That is a complete scam!!!

PayPal won't protect you at all

PayPal's buyer protection is non-existent!

They will simply turn down your most legitimate claim for ordering a product, which is not as described.

In the past years there used to be a real protection. Now is just fake words, not covered by any actions.
