I was a bit cautious a bit trying this

I was a bit cautious a bit trying this. We compete at shows often and usually in very rural areas which have very low signal which means checking scores online was tedious. I wanted to guarentee a connection and so we brought this little router with the SMARTY sim, took about 5 minutes to set up. I leave the router in the car, selected my plan, and set my phone to auto connect. Tried it a few times and its worked perfectly every time. My phone sometimes doesn't autoconnect to the router but once connected I get full WiFi signal without interruption. I can fit the router in my pocket and walk round with full signal (router has a limited range). I think the plans are a good price for what you get and I absolutely love the fact you can pause it or cancel it month by month, so if we have a month off competing we just pause the contract. Very happy so far

This company used to run under the name…

This company used to run under the name 'Bunch for Pets', and a previous name before that too, and they were incredible, quick service, fantastic range of treats and natural chews, great customer service, great offers etc. Unfortunately since they rebranded again they have gone downhill. Everything is consistently out of stock, slow responses, or no responses to messages when asked when things will be back in stock. I've waited months after they moved back and forth to Germany for their distribution and forever a promise of 'new things coming' when they reduced the range, but nothing good has come of it. I've waited 3 months for stock on one item with no response to messages (despite them being read). Just seems whoever runs it has given up. I try to keep supporting their business but everything is forever out of stock and now a lack of variety once they reduced all their ranges

Ships from china

For a start, shipping is from China which takes forever. I was advised if I wore a 16 that I should wear a Large for a sleek fit or a medium for a very sleek fit. Thankfully I ordered a large because no way would anything smaller fit. I really struggled to get it on and it's very tight, can't really say its made much difference, it just outlines my lumps and bumps. They said you didn't have to take the whole suit off to go for a wee as it had a way of getting round that - it's a small hole in the suit, I have no idea how anyone would use that without being covered so actually you do have to take the whole suit off every time yes. They also said it had a built in bra, it doesn't, there's no support there at all.
Gave 2 stars as it did eventually turn up, will see how long it lasts and update on quality

Cannot praise this company enough

Cannot praise this company enough! We ordered the small dog coat and leg strap as our dogs are aging and our oldest tore her cruciate a year ago, they are all sporting dogs and we will do our best to keep them fit in any aspect. We have used this coat for 10 minutes a day on each of our 6 dogs, the auto timer makes it so easy! Our dogs range from 1.8kg to 6.5kg and it fits all of them, a little big on the small one but it doesn't come off when she's wearing it so does it's job! Our hydrotherapist was very happy that we saw an improvement in our one dogs front leg clicking, and since using the keg strap daily, this clicking has now disappeared 🤷‍♀️
We recently had an issue with what appeared to be a loose connection in the coat and I contacted them the same day about the issues out of working hours (around 6pm) and by 7pm they had sent me a returns form. I filled in the form Tuesday morning (which they followed up on to sort straight away) and this morning (Thursday) a brand new replacement arrived. It's enlightening to see a company where the product is high quality, and the customer service matches that quality

The entire experience was a breeze

The entire experience was a breeze! I asked a question to their customer service and they replied quickly and were so polite! I used their measuring guide to find the fit for my dog and I ordered the recommended size. It came today and it fits like a glove! Got a matching lead too which is suprisingly light weight for the strength of it. I love the locks on the coat clips for my peace of mind, and a bonus that her tracker fits nicely on the side buckle of the coat! I brought it to protect her as best I could from other dogs due to her size, but also for our countryside walks to stop any scratches from branches. Really happy, will 100% use again!

I previously used Yumove for my dogs…

I previously used Yumove for my dogs but it wasn't helping my boy with luxating patella and he was struggling with jumping on the sofa, many agility friends recommended riaflex along with our hydrotherapist, so I moved him over and within a week he was like a different dog! I moved all 6 dogs over to it, I've had 2 with joint injuries and their customer service has been second to none! They've replied to every message within 24 hours with detailed responses to help me out. I've seen them in person twice at crufts and the owner is absolutely lovely, he seems thoroughly invested in the well being of the dogs on their supplements, and can't help you enough. Got 6 dogs and my per duck (yes even a bird!) on riaflex, cannot recommend it enough!

Brilliant quality

Brilliant quality! I ordered one for my dog after have a previously cheaper brand and it was 10x better, she seems to dry in minutes in this! I had an issue that my dog getting stuck in hers despite it being correctly measured. I spoke to Ruff and Tumble to ask for their advice and we both agreed she didn't actually have short legs but that it would be best she probably moved to a shorter legged coat to avoid her getting stuck in it again! Unfortunately I knowingly couldn't return mine as I had it personalised, but they advised a new size to order and I've had that dispatched the very next day so can use her other as a spare, very happy with my experience!

Very pleasant experience from start to…

Very pleasant experience from start to finish! Got our test, set up an account and sent off the samples in the prepaid box, once it got to the US it was very speedy! I sent them off around the 4th Jan and had her results back on the 30th! So much detail, really happy with it, love that you can see a breakdown and consisted of breeds we knew about and answered the questions of the others. Although our dog looks like a full Australian terrier, and has been mistaken by one by breeders, I was well aware she was 100% not one and was a yorkie mix, sorted out my curiosity, thank you

Good food, bad packaging

The food is great quality but my lower score is purely due to the packaging. My goodness does it need some rethinking. We started off with white trays which were good but could have done with some form of a lid or cover, nothing necessary but if there was to be any 'improvement' that's all I'd have suggested. They have attempted to be more convenient with the new trays, and have inadvertently take all the convenience away. They now they have sectioned trays, which should be weighed out portions per section, problem with this is that during deliveries the sections combine into eachother making all the weighs incorrect per section so it still needs weighing out, it makes the sections completely pointless. The seals on the trays are too tight to pull open so I have started having to cut them open. We then end up emptying into a tupperware for easy fridge storage. They trays are inconveniently long, no longer fit well in the fridge or in my cupboard (hence decanting into a tupperware). And to top it off, they changed from a tray that can be recycled, to one our council no longer takes for recycling. I understand the changes are supposedly more eco friendly but they have taken all the convenience away. I feel like the packaging wasn't tested enough, much like the lids that are already being redesigned due to needing a PhD to get them
It's annoying as I used this as my highest recommendation to my customers for a quality food, and after 4 of them changed to it, all of them told me how much they loved the food but they hated the packaging and weren't getting on with it, 3 have changed to different foods and I can't say I blame them as I've stopped ordering it as a main food due to the packaging.
I think they should make an option to just have a tray you can portion out yourself, same amount of food as the sectioned trays. The trays would then be smaller and people could opt for them if they didn't want it sectioned for them - (I have 4 dogs that were on this so one tray I could portion up would have been much easier). The company still get the convenience of the quicker cooking times but people can choose what works for them

Version 2 of our Stay Fresh lid is due for launch shortly. It has a much better seal and is much easier to fit.
Version 2 of our trays is launching later this month and one of the benefits is reducing the movement of food between the sections during transit. It is also more resistant to transit damage.
The tighter seals that you mention were brought in following customer feedback that the seals were too easily removed during transit, so we upgraded things to help prevent this from happening.

The trays are recyclable so it's disappointing to hear your local council no longer provide the facilities. I'll take this feedback to our procurement team for review.

Not the best first experience

Not the best first experience! Ordered item, dispatched on the 23rd, received on the 25th. Opened up and found that despite every piece of the paperwork and order form being the charm I ordered as a gift, the charm received was completely different. Rang within 10 minutes and got in touch with someone who apologised and sorted sending my correct charm out. I returned the wrong one ASAP. Today (6th Dec) I rang to see what was going on as I had heard nothing. Turns out they had it down that I had received the wrong charm but they hadn't even dispatched it 10 days later and there was nothing noted as to when it would be dispatched. Apart from a 'sorry, I'll try and escalate it', I can't say they really seemed bothered. It was supposed to be a gift for a birthday and it's a bit ridiculous to have to keep chasing it up when this one item was part of an order over £100. Item has been paid for, they've got their incorrect charm back already, and I currently don't have what I ordered and they can't tell me when it will be dispatched.

Fantastic!

I must say, I used to be so frustrated ordering from fresco cause it was over seas and everything was out of stock! Since they have opened their UK factory (bunch for pets), the service has been second to none! I've ordered twice, very healthy treats and I've had the order within 2 days! Last week I ordered treats on Thursday morning and they came Friday lunch time! Fantastic service!

I can't believe how fast items are dispatched from here. Their prices are often cheaper (I specifically find proflax and dorwest items cheaper than the own companies prices). Always receive my order within a few days every time!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Cherry picking reviews! The last 2 orders have been a disaster. I used to order often but I made an order at the start of the year, after 2 weeks, on the last date they gave me for delivery they emailed saying one of the items was out of stock (took them over a week to tell me!) - I contacted them back within a few minutes and told them to change it for a different one (as they offered) and they took another 4 days to dispatch, it total it took over 3 weeks for 3 small toys to be delivered.
Decided to give them another chance and made an order 2 weeks ago, still not received and has no communication from them. Customer Service used to be second to none and it was all so speedy, not anymore! Last time I'm ordering personally or for our business unfortunately.

Still waiting for the most recent order, had no response from my emails asking where it is. They take your money straight away but don't send your items! Customer Service is an absolute joke these days! Quick to respond on trustpilot but in 3 weeks I've not had any email responses and no order.

10/11/23 - Still not received my order. Finally got them to acknowledge us via commenting publically on their Instagram. Told me to send then my email - I did. They emailed me back saying my products were out of stock and they would be receiving them on Friday 3rd so they would then be dispatched. Still no dispatch and then on Monday I'm told my other items are out of stock. An absolute joke. Told them to dispatch what was in stock and refund the rest, nothing has been dispatched, now been over a month since I ordered!
Other review sites show this company as less than 1 star, and one sent me a warning that they had become aware that the company was cherry picking reviews and being untruthful!

Impossible to contact and cancel subscription!

Didnt fix what it claimed it could, and now I cant find a way to cancel my subscription. When attempting to contact the company, it says you must submit a ticket. In order to submit a ticket you have to download their own software to contact them. I download the new software and it just reopens Fortect and then says I need to submit a ticket and download their software and it just goes round in a circle. After hours I finally got to the point I could attempt to submit a ticket, and the button to send a message just stays on 'submitting' and doesnt actually work. Unfortunately I think I'm going to have to cancel my subscription via the bank.
Also suspicious that I can run a full scan and get 23,207 issues, do the repairs, and then run a full scan 2 minutes later for another 5000 issues to arise. Haven't noticed a difference in performance, despite the thousands of issues it claims to solve.

As for the reply from the company - I have already contacted you via both options you have provided and recieved a 'we will respond I 48 hours message', that was 4 days ago!

This would be zero stars if it could

This would be zero stars if it could. Ordered a mirror via B&Q, paid £99 for it, recieved it smashed completely. Contacted them via email as this is the only way to get in touch and they took 48 hours to reply. Told me to send photos, sent photos instantly, replied 24 hours later. Asked if I wanted another one and I said yes within minutes, they replied 24 hours later to say I'd have a new tracking number for the replacement. They told me to contact them if I hadn't received a new tracking number in 24 - 48 hours. It's day 4 since I was told I'd be receiving a new tracking number, day 7 since the smashed delivery. Been told I need to give them another 48 hours to respond to my message (despite them asking me to message). I have made 2 complaints with B&Q already due to lack of communication from this seller and B&Q also made it known that 'there is no phone number to contact them on at all'. I ordered the item on the 7th September, it's now the 18th and I'm £99 down and have no item and can't get any the seller to reply. Avoid completely, terrible customer service. Only reply you'll get on here is 'please email..' which will get you absolutely no where

Update- Was sent tracking to say my replacement would be delivered between 9:54am - 11:57am on the 19th so I waited in all day, mirror never came, replacement mirror finally arrived on the 20th. Won't be doing business with the company again, customer service just isn't good at all

We rang up to book a suprise cruise for our parents 65th birthdays. We spoke to a lovely man called Rhys (might be spelt wrong sorry!) And he was so lovely! We had confirmation straight away, he answered my list of questions and was so patient while I had a disaster sorting my card! I couldn't fault them, they were great! And to top it off my parents have had an amazing cruise, loved every second!

We booked a cruise for our 65 year old…

We booked a cruise for our 65 year old parents on the Arcadia, 16 nights across Norway and Iceland. They have LOVED it, they had great food choices, loved the entertainment, their rooms were cleaned and then they had people round to ensure the cleaners had done a good job! They made the excursions so easy to know where to go and what to do. Lovely staff, they even had a lovely chat with the vice captain! They have had an amazing first cruise and I'm really thankful!

Only thing I dislike it the AI customer service you have to get through to speak to a real person, not a fan at all!

Would be zero if I could!

Let's list my experiences shall we!

• Ordered a Mcdonalds from 8 minutes away, took 1hr 10mins, was cold and the seal had been opened. The drinks went on their side and ruined the food, they gave me some spare change back for the drinks but wouldnt refund cold food
• Order from a chip shop. Waited 2 hours, called the store and no answer (9 times), wasn't allowed to cancel it because they had accepted. The shop had closed by now and the live chat person asked me to wait longer. They then tried to get in touch with the store and couldn't and so 'wouldn't usually, but this time they would cancel'
• 3rd times a charm 🤣 Waited 3 hours for food yesterday, wasn't allowed to cancel it because it had allegedly already been made, rang the restaurant after an hour and they were closed, 9 drivers came and went and wouldn't cancel the order, deliveroo wouldn't cancel the order. The live chat was off. Yet when I spoke to them this morning to complain, they claimed that the first driver who had arrived (20 minutes after the order was placed) had actually told them that the restaurant was closed, yet they still didnt cancel it. They were even updating it saying that the driver was waiting at the restaurant for the food... while they were closed. Waste of time, and when speaking to them, they just say 'thanks for the feedback' and do nothing, they just don't care at all

What a company!

What a company! Asked for a quote a few days ago for a small tank (compared to what they're used to building!), they got back to me within 24 hours. I rang 2 days later to order it, and to my suprise they offered to build it that day and deliver it the next afternoon due to already been in the area, and they did! Got a call an hour before delivery, the quality is fantastic compared to the awful tank I had from another company. Good price and both the men I spoke to (the one who booked it, and the delivery man) were both lovely. The silicone is still settling so still waiting to fill it, but very happy 😄
