Review of One Call Insurance
I was very happy with the way my initial purchase of car insurance was handled. However when I called to cancel the insurance as I sold the car and went with Motability the agent I spoke with was not helpful and very dismissive once she found out I was not going to transfer the policy. I expressed the fact I am on a limited income and would struggle to pay the £55 for cancelling the policy and she treated me with distain and said it was normal practise and talked down to me
