Most of my items turned up quickly but…

Most of my items turned up quickly but 1 item was on back order with an estimated delivery of Friday 19th, it has still not arrived on the 25th and the website now states 7-14 days.
I wouldn't mind waiting but I haven't even been contacted and advised that this item would be delayed beyond the 19th.

I am sorry that one of your items was out of stock when you placed your order. I have checked this and can see has still not come into us from the supplier. Unfortunately sometimes the expected dates from the supplier can change and this is out of our control. You have not yet been charged for this item, we will settle payment when the item is shipped. If you need to cancel this in the meantime please let us know.

Review of A1 Sporting Memorabilia

Poor presentation.

The product arrived promptly as promised and was packaged well however the picture I had ordered was poorly placed in the frame, the metal clips had been forced inwards as the wooden background had been forced on top which meant I had to dismantle and put back together.
I expect for the price you pay for a frame that the product should come complete and not require assembly and correction.
