Very disappointed

I connected to this service, got a doctor very quickly who provided me with a script. So far, so good.
I took the script to my chemist who advised that the script could not be fulfilled as it was a special class of script and not really available in Australia.
I have sent close to 10 messages to UpDoc via the advertised contact address, including responding to the emails they sent me (same address) but no return contact. There is no phone number to contact head office.
I am seeking a refund as the script is useless to me.

Great support as well as great pricing.

I had a small problem with my order on the website (purely technical) and I contacted Umart management to rectify it. They responded quickly, and then went above and beyond out to resolve the problem for me. Between the great value products and support I received - uMart have won my long term business.

Teamviewer is great, but back end admin needs work.

Teamviewer is a brilliant product - no question there. Tech support is also very, very good. My only problem with them is sales, admin, accounts where I may get a response (emails disappear) and many come back in German. My feedback is that the accounts team needs a presence in Australia and be contactable.

The recipes etc are great

The recipes etc are great! But I must say that the last few weeks of orders have had wilted greens, and some of the produce was less than optimal. Prior to that, it was perfect. Ive given feedback about this before - no response.
