Extremely dissatisfied
Extremely dissatisfied with this company. I sent a parcel abroad in november 2019 to a friend that contained some very personal items. The parcel was lost and the company robot informed me that i would need to make a claim after an investigation. Obviously the investigation didnt happen at all, as the parcel, mysteriously turned up back at my house on 15th january, box damaged, and delivered by the same courier employee who picked it up. The original destination label was still attached under the return label and there has been no explanation what happened to the parcel. On application for the cost of carriage to be returned, the companys robot has informed me my claim was unsuccessful. There is no way of contacting this company or the courier hermes by telephone as it only has automated actions. I would advise anyone sending any items that are of a personal nature or of sentimental value not to use this company, as there is no customer service or care and you will be left in limbo if your parcel goes missing. I just feel lucky that by some miracle my parcel has somehow found its way back to me as it contained some irreplacable items that belonged to my father who has recently passed away. In future I will not use a company such as this that hides behind a website and will not speak to me despite requesting an explanation. Very poor service
