Avoid...

Such a good cause. BUT, the product took a long time to arrive and the quality of the product was not good quality cotton but polyester like nylon, there were marks where the logos were adhered. It's more the poor quality i am not happy with, I am trying to get my full refund as stated on the site but its proving to be a difficult process. Ive been offered a top quality replacement and donate the one received, but pay postage for replacement. Do not order from the site. This is a cause I believe in but I do not believe in it being exploited with inferior products. This is WRONG

So after a long to and fro of what I would like to resolve the issue. Lots of pushing me to have an upgrade and pay postage.

The soapery, Sensational Service

I cannot recommend this company enough, their products are fabulous. The quality of the products are excellent, various size pots or bagged products available, i chose pots for storage convenience, Customer service couldn't do enough to help whatever the question. I purchased back in August organic unrefined coconut oil and Shea butter both fabulous, works wonders for me. Delivered free even better It's taken a month to review due to external needs first. Would shop again.

I received a black travel vanity case plastic removable coating ABYSMAL …

I received a black travel vanity case for Christmas purchased in late November. Fab item spacious BUT the plastic coating covering the case has been and still is an abysmal covering to remove. I still have this awful plastic stuck in places it won't come off. For heavens
sake use something else, no help to me ruined my present so disappointed.

Had abysmal Internet since storm burt…

Had abysmal Internet since storm burt we reported it, finally Three admitted issues with mast near by. Had ONE day of good Internet now back to poor signal. We are paying for a service we have not had and have only had for one day out of 2 wks this is not good enough. Were require better Internet and a refund fir the times service has been poor.

Appalling service

Appalling service an item I purchased was due to be delivered Wednesday 20th Nov then I get an email from Yodel it will be here Thursday Friday by 22nd November. Between 20:00 & 22:00 so decided to wait up. No delivery nothing. It's Saturday 23rd November so will it be delivered today. I've contacted the supplier and to let them know. Yodel you do not even have a good app it doesn't work and your up to date tracking is abysmal.

Not even worth the 1 star.
Normally our post in put in our box but Sunday afternoon from 5.30 to 6.30pm my post was thrown over our gate and my husband luckily found it when we received a notification of its delivery. The Royal Mail is a disgrace to its name the people they employ are a disgrace to the service and name.

Fantastic Pet Blanket…

Fantastic experience I purchased a Herringbone Pet Blanket Natural for our Kitty as she's getting older and feels the cold. Being an indoor Kitty and living in an old house it's not always easy to make sure its warm. But this blanket is a dream, FABULOUS. Once washed, as we've noticed bedding has to have a certain smell for her, she was snuggled down for the night. This us so warm I picked her up as she woke and her body and paws were so warm. Excellent Product and price thank you Heritage of Scotland. 🐾🐾❤️

Poor quality, service attitude over request to purchase replacements…

Having had a Breville Active Blender for some years, I needed extra bottles and the cap had broken from the screw lid.
I wasn't able to find any so I purchased a new one. Family Active Blender the Blender was subsubstantial blended well, the extra bottles needed. However the lids were inferior the catch to open the lids not fit for purpose, with constant use these snapped, I requested to purchase replacement lids but was sent them free of charge, which I was appreciative of, these consequently snapped. I again asked to purchase replacement lids and extra bottles. I was requested the receipt, photos I'd sent of unit underside numbers lids but Breville wanted more. I was asking to purchase not replace.

So needless to say I'm looking for an alternative. Poor product quality, poor service, disappointing. Not going to waste my time. Would not recommend on grounds of quality and service.

Doesn't even warrant a one star. Avoid at all cost. I ordered supporting bras and what a fake advert, quality flimsy, wrong size. Then this company suggest from 16.58GBP they will refund me 3GBP and I can keep the poor product they sent. Words fail, Apauling. Avoid at all cost because this company will rip you off.

Disappointed, disillusioned...restored

I desperately needed a lighter hoover. I did my research and decided on the Vax Air Stretch Pet Max. I paid my money and waited. Warranty was sorted by Vax great. Delivery was exceptional hoover easy to assemble, it cleaned the carpet it was a success. THEN the brush roller stopped rotating, nothing I did resolved the issue. I contacted vax and the support was very good. The decission was made to arrange a return for a completely new replacement hoover. I asked if the warranty would be issued from when i get my replacement i was told yes as soon as it is deluverd. I had to wait for a letter in the post with a label, this arrived 5 days later, then I had to call the collection service to arrange collection, this was today 22nd July, no time given other then 07.30 to 20.00 so stay in all day. Collection was made at 16.00 no receipt was issued despite being requested only standard post was provided and since receiving the email that I would get my label in the post I have emailed x3 and received NO communication from my original contact with regard to when I will get my new hoover from Marcus or his colleagues. I
resorted to live chat for confirmation when the label would arrive after the 3rd day, other than that I've heard nothing. So Vax has had my money for a hoover I so much wanted for a week, returns not great, I felt like, as a customer, I was second class, I keep getting emails to ask, well how did we do? Really does this company's staff communicate, or is it all about money. So how long will it be until my replacement new working Vax hoover arrive? I hope they dont use Dpd as that delivery service just drops roadside and runs unless i hear them first. Disappointed puts it mildly, service is just not there.
Updated: 14:36 23/07/24. I was contacted by Ben from Vax he could not do enough to support me, I look forward to receiving my new hoover, it is so refreshing to find that there are still people out there who care enough to make things right...

Good Brands gone BAD…

We have been using this brands Gastrointestinal wet Cat food meat slices in 'gravy' as our cat has had some sensitivity to many things, all was going well until Royal Cannin changed this food the meat slices are no longer in gravy but a not so nice looking 'jelly' I've emailed and asked why have they changed, or have I gotten a dodgy pack, but no answer, nothing, such a rude company. We just need to know as our kitty has previously been unwell and we are having to watch what we give her. By companies changing their products and still displaying/advertising them as one thing, meat slices in gravy when it's clearly in jelly is false advertising. The gastrointestinal fibre meat slices in gravy is the same though the jelly is disgusting. Another good product gone bad, is it the greed of the sales, so why care about the customer, it seems to be the norm after the pandemic ppl just done care.

Lucky to get a star I've been trying to get into my account for 2 days tried everything even the codes FB sends but then I get a msg saying that code doesn't match the one we sent you. Abysmal. Not worth the hassle communication 'bot' like it's a joke. Service support not there.

I had a parcel for delivery today 25th Feb 24 I received a msg saying delivered To my safe place my covered porch. 1. I did not state a safe place. 2. I don't have a covered porch. Where did your irresponsible driver leave my order???
What did they do with the items paid for? Had they delivered it correctly they'd see I don't have a covered porch.

Bill always late…

We have been with Octopus many years from England to Wales. However since moving to Wales our bill is rarely on time causing additional days to our bill, despite constantly emailing phoning requesting our bill on the correct day it doesn't happen not happy customers.

That's fine but a bill in a timely manner baring in mind when the date falls of course, would be nice but has not happened consistently for the last 3.5 years.

Also I contacted by telephone today your dept and was promised an email confirming all discussed but sadly again nothing so unless you contact me via email or phone this is not going to get resolved.

Royal Mail can no longer be trusted and…

Royal Mail can no longer be trusted and should be stripped of the 'Royal' status. Our Christmas card with vouchers to father in law was opened and the envelope inside also opened then stuffed through mother in laws door. She sent us images. Disgusting service what are you employing these days. We will use alternate methods of delivery in future. Not even worthy of one star
