I have been ordering with Zalando for years. But I'm really disappointed this time with my black-Friday order. I made a purchase on the 29th and today (my order even didn't arrive yet) there is another 20% extra discount on the same item. I tried to contact customer service but apparently they don't want to do anything about this. It feels like I've been scammed... I cannot trust them anymore
