I received incomplete box

I ordered Mystery box of 10 items and received only 9. As they don't send 1 separate item, I can return it for refund, but I don't think l I will get money for shipping back.

Unfortunately it didn't work for me, I got a box with wash, scrub, gel and oil, but I still have irritating bikini line.

Nice, but...

I like earplugs, they are nice and comfortable to wear. However they do not take my husband snoring away unfortunately. It is a bit less loud, but I am not experiencing what I hoped for...

I am not able to write review about product as I didn't receive it. Customer service on other hand is not good at all, I am trying to locate my parcel and they are not helpful. I am receiving emails from Debenhams asking how they did 🤔 It looks like they have no idea what they doing..

Not very happy

Not very happy as one of the items was cancelled by JD 3 days after order and still showing available online. One item looked different then on picture... so at the end only have 2 from 4 items ordered.

Im waiting 4th day for delivey and package still didnt arrive. Every day Hermes updates status they they tried to deliver and nobody was at home, thats not true, we were at home. Vey disappointed. Also tried to contact Superdry cust service, no reply...
