Unfortunately by the time you are reading this it’s probably too late and you have already ordered. As other reviews have stated it’s just a front for a drop shipping company. I tried to cancel my order after a week as it hadn’t been dispatched yet. They told me it had already started processing and it would take another week and a bit to deliver. I wanted a refund but the price to send the package back to china cost as much as the item.
Personally the company need to be more transparent about shipping. They know what they are doing, you shouldn’t have to navigate to their policy page to find out how long an item would take it should be clear as day when you are about to buy the item.

Order hard wheels from them. The order came but it wasn’t the item I ordered. I sent them an email explaining this with photo evidence and they haven’t responded. I sent them an additional email and a Facebook message and I’m yet to get anything back. Granted it’s only wheels but the lack of even acknowledgement is just soo bad. Skate shops are fairly scarce but going forward it’s probably best to trust a shop that has a physical store.

Booked a flight before the pandemic. Needed to cancel my flight for obvious reason. 2 years on I’m still waiting for my refund which opodo promised. 1st it was please wait 3 - 6 months. 2nd just patiently wait (this went ended up being 2years months) now as of the 3rd of feb. “ you will receive your refund in 7 working days. Yet to get my refund or even an explanation on why it’s taking so long.
Would never consider this company again or recommend. Absolute criminals. A sorry isn’t good enough as it’s just too generic. With no meaning.

Items came after 3 weeks which is understandable as it seems as though they are based outside of the UK. I order 5 items which all looked great on the models but lacked a bit of quality in the material when they arrived. 1 of the items also came broken to which we obviously had to return. Due to the fact you have to pay quite a lot to return the items, I would be cautious in ordering from them, especially considering that they don't take responsibility when the items are broken when delivered.

Bought a Jacket, they claim it has been dispatched on their website when I track the order from the delivery site they claim that Wiggle has not sent the package to them yet. In all honesty, I would've appreciated an email stating that I would be experiencing delays but nada. I've emailed customer support and I haven't got anything back, based on the reviews below I can only assume that they have to be fake. The service I have received is very different from all the positive reviews I see on here. Will never shop on this site again.

If you have an old phone and your option for insurance is with the bank, you might be in luck because the chances are you don't care or do much with the phone as it's on its way out and you just need a replacement if needed. If however, you have a fairly new phone and other insurance companies are too expensive and you are considering doing all in 1 with your bank. Stay far away. Similar to other reviews the majority of the time they give you low quality refurbished phones which are riddled with their own problems. I went as far to ask for the device to be checked before it was sent to me and they sent me another faulty phone. My advice don't do things in halves. I'm currently in the process of now having to buy a completely new phone because of their lack of customer care and professionalism. I will use apple care instead
