Excellent alternative to sending an actual rose!

Lovely alternative to sending an actual bare root rose, which might not arrive at a convenient time. My one gripe is that it’s impossible to choose the value of a gift card to match the value of a rose, and embarrassingly I forgot to factor in the cost of postage.
Maybe you could create a couple of gift cards specifically for people who want to send the gift of a rose, whether bare root or container, including the cost of postage?

Thank you for your feedback and I’m sorry to hear of your frustration.

Our gift cards are sent together with the handbooks, so it’s likely that your friends’ gift cards arrived in the same package as the catalogue.

We use couriers rather than standard post to ensure safe and traceable delivery, particularly as the gift cards carry a monetary value.

I apologise if the £2.95 delivery fee seems high, but this covers the cost of providing this secure service.

Gift card values can be selected in increments directly on our website and I’m sorry for any confusion if the website did not make it clear that postage needed to be factored in when ordering gift cards.

If, after checking the package carefully, the gift cards have not been received, or if there is anything else we can assist with in the future, please do get in touch and we will be happy to put this right for you.

Like flowers from a beautiful garden

My friend’s flowers are absolutely gorgeous. She is delighted.
I have used other flower delivery services in the past but Freddie’s Flowers are in a different league. They arrive smelling like you’ve just picked them from your garden.
I did have a problem finding out if my order had been processed but hopefully that was a technical glitch. Their customer service team was very apologetic.

We completely understand your concerns regarding order confirmations and delivery timing. We fully appreciate how not receiving updates on this can be disconcerting, especially for an important order. You should absolutely have received delivery updates directly from DPD to the mobile number entered at checkout so we'll be looking into why this wasn't case with DPD.
