i got new boiler installed

i got new boiler installed, it is not 3 weeks, we are without heating, installation engineer did not completed the job as agreed, sent the 2nd engineer, after his visit, the whole heating gone, contacted so many times, no one bother to answer.
totally fed up now, new boiler needs service and glowgreen dont bother

Bad experience and poor customer service

It doesn’t allow to signup, every time it ends up with wrong DOB, however I entered correct. Contacted several times with customer service, but the problem was not solved and the help ended saying error in internal system.

Ordered Worth £152.00 in March-20, almost half order received, and rest of order not received till today.
Contacted so many times, do not attend phone, no reply to emails.
very bad customer service, worst ever experience, also the order received, delivery was very poor, ice bags melted.......
will not order again. avoid please

Cancelled order

Placed order on 24.09.2020, still not received as on 02-11-2020. whenever i contacted, i was told it is production. Very bad service so i am cancelling order almost after 40 days because i was told today still in production. Can't understand, they are fitting lens in the frame or something else

Sorry to hear this, we can confirm we informed you regarding a delay with your order on the 19th October (new lenses were required due to an issue with the lenses). I can confirm that we also advised this when you contacted us regarding this.

Please do note that while your order was placed on the 24th September, a prescription query was not confirmed with us by yourself until the 7th October, hence the initial delay with your order.

It's unfortunate to hear you have advised you would like to cancel this order as I do note that your order is in our lab at the moment and is due for completion and dispatch early this week.

Ordered iphone 7 on 28.12.2019

Ordered iphone 7 on 28.12.2019, tracking number was provided but no sign of shipment till 06.01.2020, contacted customer services, but awful customer services, several times asked to cancel the order, but dont bother to cancel. not possible to get in touch with phone. got delivery details after i raised claimed with paypal, and received delivery on 07.12.2019, but before this i requested to cancel the order, now return requested, still no reply to return request.

Good Afternoon
Your order was placed during the Christmas bank holiday period, the weekend on 28/12/19 – we do not work on the weekends and given the bank holidays and shorter working hours leading upto New Years day, your order would be received by 07 January 2020.
On the 03 January we received your first email and we had advised you of this, although you continued to send us a further 5 emails requesting the delivery date of your parcel.
You received your parcel and wished to return it for a full refund. On 8th January we have emailed you a pre-paid returns label and have advised you that upon receipt of your parcel, our Returns dept will process the return and a full refund.
