Explained why my flat block isn't Smart ready for the gas. (My electricity is on a Smart meter).
Explained how to pay actual usage gas bill monthly. I have to read the meter which is in a difficult place outside, limited mobility, so will have to ask a friend to help. I paid my bill today (freezing weather created a bigger bill, but had to be paid).
My App updated itself accurately throughout the conversation. Thank you. My anxiety has been reduced. 😊
