The Application did not solve my problem although the advert appeared to say it would. ( fixing broken shortcuts ). So it was a waste of time getting the download. However the helpline staff were very polite and helpful and I got a full refund quick without hassle.
So 10 out of 10 for customer service but 0 for fix.

Straight forward but had a query and had to talk to a robot first which I don't approve of. Company will take note of my comments about having to engage with an automated system at the initial contact.

Highly efficient and very pleasant gentleman from the AA attended. He sorted the problem by replacing the dud battery and sold me a new one. The only thing that I would mention is that I had to wait a couple of hours past the estimated time for his attendance which is the AA's fault for not having more capacity to deal with events more quickly.

Customer Advisor knew what he was talking about without waffle.

Lady helpful and cooperative and did not rush our conversation. Nice person to deal with.

The price of the premium was excellent and the house insurance cover was adequate for my circumstances. No fuss and quick and efficient. That's a rarity these days !

Still getting used to wearing the insoles but pleased to have them.

Always helpful when contacted and I believe that the tariffs charged are about the best you can get. I like the green energy ethos that is their culture. More than happy with this company which is superior in service to the big company I was loyally with for 40 years. Glad I am with So.

Whilst speedy sales service was much appreciated, when the appliance switch broke 5 months later, the customer service afterwards was dreadful coupled with a string of botch ups including a mix up with courier dates. Two separate dates to pick up 1 item and the Retailer confirmed the wrong date. I was forced to go and duplicate my purchase from elsewhere because I was left without a kettle as they insisted on seeing it before replacing/refund. All this stress for a kettle: it wasn't as if it was a high value item. Will probably use local supermarkets always in future. Very polite staff though.

Efficient, quick and could use again. Maybe could be more visible about shipping costs.

Very good and professionally handled when I had a question about a particular destination.
