Great local Pokémon shop

Great local Pokémon shop. Nice selection of Pokémon cards. Very fair with distribution of new stuff out.
Very friendly staff, much prefer going here then online 👍🏻

One of the worst internet providers

One of the worst internet providers. Continuously increase there prices once/twice a year, with any excuse you can imagine. Very overpriced for mediocre service. They have a strong hold in my area but BT have recently started installing so moved over provider, nearly half the price of virgin, shocking really and they have the cheek to threaten to charge £40 if you don't send there WiFi router back 😂

Really bad business

Really bad business. Who basically steal your money, let restaurants lie and there are no repercussions. They just say there is nothing you can do.

Terrible company to deal with

Terrible company to deal with. Ordered off of there website. Tried to arrange delivery because they hadn't contacted me.
They couldn't find my order with there own order number. Took two weeks of going back and forward. Ended up having to provide bank statement showing the money paid from my account.
Didn't get a response from the company just got a text from the delivery company to book a slot. Which on the day the delivery driver tried to contact about paying for the delivery even though it's free UK delivery.
Overall absolute nightmare. Would never use again or recommend

Very poor service

Very poor service. Would recommend not using. Damaged an item I sold to them and would send it back, said it's there policy to recycle it, seems like a rip off to keep items and not pay.
Would recommend selling to the likes of CEX or selling your items yourself through eBay.

Update: Appreciate that you are now contacting me but as I said I have already gone through your customer service and wasted a considerable amount of my time and do not want to waste my time further. But thanks anyway.

Good service only problem

Good service only problem, was they sent me a voucher for 5% off, it wouldn't work when I tried to use it, only to find out when I contacted them, that it couldn't be used with preorders and they admitted this wasn't stated on the voucher details and didn't offer anything else as an apology.
