Brilliant insurance company
The ease of claiming for our dog after an op and xray was very smooth. They're like no other company Ive ever dealt with in the 35 years of having dogs. They're also always available to talk to. Like what companies used to be like many years ago!

Very easy to talk to and understand. Was really concerned I wouldn't be able to follow if there was a lot of tech talk but the operator put me at ease and helped me too understand how the app worked and is passing it for further investigation to get the app sorted

They keep delivering parcels to the bottom of my drive. Including food parcels. I can't get there easily and can't carry them up. I pay for them to be delivered to the door not the bottom of the drive! It's happened numerous times. Very unhappy customer
