I phoned Octopus this morning after trying to change over to them for energy online. I was concerned because it didn’t seem to have gone through.

I spoke to Salma, she confirmed that it hadn’t gone through. She was too wonderful for words. Sorted it all out, quickly, without any fuss. I completely relaxed and it all went through in a few minutes. She also got me a better price. Amazing!
She is my best buddy for life!!!
We need more Salma’s in this life.

But the finish especially round the outside of bowl was rather rough in places. This is why I did three stars
