Delivery Issue - Damage Property.
Delivery was our issue. Our property was damaged, no one noticed until they left, now they will not engage with us on this, stating that the drivers didn’t report anything so case closed. Extremely frustrated given that the experience up to this point was good, pricing, communication, product availability etc.
I would use them again, but i would recommend that you watch them bring the delivery through the house. We are now left with a bill to repair the house. It doesn’t look like much but plaster, skirting and redecorating, as well as the inconvenience.
It’s a shame but what can you do.
