Better off with Monzo. Revolut have very poor service. I had fraud on the account and they were totally useless. You cant contact them other than in the App, where they take ages to reply and when something is urgent their foreign support team are not great. They dont understand things or why things are important. I've uninstalled the app

I used to be with one of the other suppliers, and honestly, I'll never look back. Wait time to speak to someone on the phone is about 2mins, they fix your problem and the App and tech you get it great so you can manage it all easily. No more waiting for an Engineer to turn up who doesnt show, Octopus give you an actual time and they turn up

No reply from customer service email for over 2 weeks, having to process a charge back with my bank - awful service - use C19 testing, yes they cost a couple of quid more but their service and help is second to none. Randox is your budget option, is it worth risking your holiday?

Review of Countryside Homes
There are three stages to buying a property with Countryside:
1) The offer. At this stage Countryside on the development (Tara and Annabel) were fantastic, super helpful with answering so many questions and offering us suggestions. You could not fault their service.
Sadly the same doesn't apply to Countryside's head office teams who are frankly inflexible, don't understand the buy to let purchase process and pretty rude. Billy in particular was a nightmare to deal with, after one phone call I almost walked away from the purchase as it was clear she had no understanding of how companies purchase properties and wasn't very interesting in listening either - 5/5 stars for Tara and Anabel, sadly 0/5 for everyone else
2) The handover. At this stage, you're about to own the property or are having the property handed over to you. Lisa from Liverpool oversaw my account and just like Tara and Annabel was fantastic! Really helpful handing over all the correct documentation, walking us through the property and told us everything we needed to do - 5/5 stars
3) Aftercare. This is the stage where Countryside address any challenges/ issues raised after the build. I've yet to speak with the team so no comment - N/A

Sent me a coupon which then didnt work on check out and customer service were impossible to get hold of. When I did get through they were unable and unwilling to help instead suggesting I cancel my entire holiday and try rebooking - useless
