Today I witnessed the most disgraceful piece of racism since I moved to the Torbay area, several years ago.
A very polite, calm and reasonable young man requested a refund. He was refused twice by two different members of staff (both men), who spoke to him very patronisingly. He politely continued to ask for a refund. A third member of staff was contacted and agreed the refund, much to the first two members of staff obvious irritation
Why the change of heart? RASCISM!
The young man was SEEN by the first two members of staff. The third member of staff DID NOT SEE him, because he was spoken too by ear piece microphone. Why should being SEEN OR NOT SEEN make a difference? It should not.
The young, handsome, patient, calm and dignified gentleman was also BLACK WITH DREADLOCKS.
Two members of staff SEE HIM and REFUSE refund.
One DOES NOT SEE HIM and AGREES refund. Coincidence? I think not.

I am completely unable to access any form of communication from home even my gp and medical records. I am being prevented from attending medical appointments as cannot access site to find gp info and cannot ring gp because of disconnection. DISGRACEFUL

All they do on here is refer you to customer service who have been contacted me every month for 3 months to sort this out. Told to contact on facebook Twitter and instagram. Do not do last two have completed on li e complaints firm, emailed and telephoned. Assured yesterday by edna no more debt calls received o e today although my account is in credit. Some useless person offered refund
