Never again I would use this scam…

Never again I would use this scam platform. There are so many offers that are provided by 3rd parties. Only a small icon saying ‘partner offer’, which when you have a problem, Booking.com would totally ignore you and push you away citing not its responsibility. Absolute scumbags!

For the last 15 years, the participating hotels has gone from 5 stars hotels to unlicensed private accomodations. Beware!

I double booked myself on the same…

I double booked myself on the same flight. Spent days trying to sort it out but they just don’t care. Blaming it on the airline but infact Trip.com refused to help. I had spoken to the airline, it is up to Trip.com to make the changes and inform the airline. Trip.com system should not allow double booking because it opens to hoarding. I will raise my case to ACCC! Never will I use it again!

Please do not give the standard scripted answer about your policy and airline policy. I have been in airline business for over 30 years and I know what I am talking about. I DO NOT need a refund nor cancellation, I just want to change to a different dates (which cost you nothing)as I travel these routes at least once a month for the last 8 years. Please do the right thing in the industry.

Update:
Finally, Great help from Gaby, The Customer Success Team manager got it sorted. It shouldn’t take a review to get Trip.com to pay attention to its customer’s cry for help.

Booked a 3 nights stay via Booking.com…

Booked a 3 nights stay via Booking.com website. Didn't stay a single night because there was human feces in the toilet upon checking in. Booking.com refused to refund saying it was facilitated by a partner company. The hotel refused to refund citing it was booked via AGOD@. AGOD@ won't entertain me as I was not their customer. All these indirect/ redirect bookings of hotel rooms gave these bast@rds a loophole to scam money. I will book directly from hotels from here and never use these sh!t internet platforms again!

AVOID

AVOID! AVOID! Booked for 2 separate periods in France and Switzerland . Both booking were changed by them without my knowledge. The receipts given to me were far lesser than what they charged me. The balanced were refunded but several days later they charged my credit card again without authorisation.

I reported this to ombudsman.

That is not even legal!!
