Zak the photographer was very professional. He called to inform me of a slight delay and sought my approval. He was very encouraging and put my mind at ease.

Flights cancelled because of covid. I was informed that I would receive my refund three months later by the end of July. The agent who did the booking has gone on long leave; each time I call I hear the next week; speak to finance person; speak to refund person! I was told to call Delta and tell them to refund the money because they have not refunded it. They keep promising to have someone call but they never do and they never respond to emails. Does this sound like a scam?

Based on the reviews, they've either written the reviews themselves or changed drastically. They pressured me into signing by saying there was only one space left and the course was about to begin. Then they changed the location of the course. Then when the course did begin there was a only a few students. They labelled the course as orientation until they got more students. I wanted to switch to online. They said I could. After relocating, they said the online course does not exist. They refused to refund all or any of the money. £5.5K down the drain. Bottom line is they scammed me out of my life savings.

I was very apprehensive about having the treatment in my home as I thought I would be missing out on the spa ambience, however, the massage was so relaxing that I forgot that I was at home. Katrina played background music and worked her 'magic'. I will definitely be having more.
