Rápido y buena calidad.... pero

I've ordered several times now and I'm happy with the quality and service when I use a discount code.

The print quality is ok but has shown to fade after a few careful washes even inside out. So, the whites are going greyish. This is fine for the price but wash inside out and with minimal detergent!

I received one item with a printing error and that was replaced immediately at no extra cost... So that was an example of the good service.

Overall I'm happy but could be better lasting prints.

I have not tested the projector yet but…

I have not tested the projector yet but it arrived today, Monday, after ordering it last Friday afternoon. And this was an international delivery!

Although it was slightly more expensive in the end this type of service is light years ahead of the shoddy BS spouted by AVpartsmaster.co.uk who wasted my time for over a week and then tried to rip me off. They may say they are cheaper but if it never arrives or doesn't exist, what's the difference?

Avoid AVpartsmaster.co.uk like the plague.

These people are nothing but a bunch of crooks

These people are nothing but a bunch of crooks
These people are nothing but a bunch of cowboys.
They string you along saying that payment by credit card is accepted and then at the 11th hour they say they need a BACS/Direct bank transfer AFTER charging your credit card AND NOT refunding it immediately. Still waiting for the refund!

And they tried to con me into a BACS payment where I would have no recourse if anything went wrong.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! They are no doubt going bust and trying to bleed as many last customers as possible before they go under.

Wasted my time for several days and then I'm still trying to get my CC refunded. Even after they said the payment was rejected!!!! Total nonsense as I spoke to Barclaycard immediately and the payment HAD BEEN AUTHORISED.

I have reported them to trading standards and had them flagged as fraudsters by Barclaycard.

Still no refund! However some good news. I ordered from projectorpoint.co.uk last friday and it arrived in europe at my home today, Monday.

Wrong glasses, reorder wrong, reorder sent to wrong address/country

I ordered some glasses. They arrived in the wrong size. You said you'd replace them with the proper sizes one. Great.

2 months later and I'm still waiting.

You managed to produce the wrong lens colour for the replacements glasses but I caught that mistake before shipping. Then you shipped the correct pair (maybe) to the wrong address in the wrong country.

So still waiting for the glasses.

Very annoying.

I'm still lots if money out of pocket so far and no correct glasses.
