Poor service...i sent all proof 100% to…

Poor service...i sent all proof 100% to back up claim and they are asking for the product back first IM NOT GOING THROUGH THIS.
My last experience of this type was it got lost and I never got a replacement.
Poor customer service, I own alot of soundcore products so looks like I will be shopping with another brand like ANKER.
DO NOT BUY SOUNDCORE PRODUCTS

Horrendous cancellation fees.

Horrendous cancellation fees.
Cost me nearly as much to cancel then to let the policy run out.
Horrendous price won't be coming back ,advice to any potential customer check the small print. 1st central robbers.

Was much more for me ...still a rip off regardless of how you spin it.
STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

We advise of our fees when a policy is set up, this includes advising of the £50 cancellation fee, just in case somebody needs to cancel.

Absolutely rude telephone helpline

Absolutely rude telephone helpline, the worst I have ever dealt with.
The tires perished after minimal miles. They pretty much told me to go away and that they didn't care.
WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS RUDE AND UNHELPFUL COMPANY!

Quick to take your money

Quick to take your money, tires are perished and dangerous after about 3 months,not so quick to reply to emails when there are issues.

Guarantee is worthless DONT BOTHER WITH THESE COWBOYS

Always beware of a unclaimed profile on…

Always beware of a unclaimed profile on trustpilot....
It means the company mentioned doesn't give a damn and this company is a prime example.
Rude staff communication and pointless emails sent that you can't reply to as its a non reply email address.
Awful company don't waste your money with cap hunter's they are rude and next to useless.

Awful rude instructors

Horrendous company... The instructor my poor son had was simply awful.
We had been warned that other local learners had ditched him but as its hard to get a instructor we didn't have much choice, so thought we would give them a try.
Big mistake he shouted at my son from the very first lesson , for the slightest error makes derogatory remarks and has pretty much wiped out any amount of confidence he had.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

6 chats simply wanted to arrange a hermes collection but no kept going round and round.
I'm self isolating and am classed as vulnerable but Robbie on chat and corrie were totally rubbish.
ASOS you do not care

Awful, terrible untrained staff on chat.
Would not send me a address for returns label or for one to print off.
Kept repeating QR codes is all we do QR codes.
Well I'm in the vulnerable section for covid I explained this and the person called RACHEL was rude and not understanding at all.
Didn't apologise ONCE.

Not great received product faulty…

Not great received product faulty stitching on label, emailed on day I received it not heard anything.
Another poor customer service retailer.

I have already emailed you
I have resent the email it's the 3rd time two times today Friday 2nd October and the first time Wednesday within hour of receiving delivery.

Honestly I have sent my details twice in a email to your support staff and it seems their scroll wheel on their mouse doesn't work.
All information required is on my emails... 14.40 October 2nd

Why are your support staff being so difficult and seem incapable of working out the email address I am replying on and the fact that email trails require you to scroll down to reference previous info.
Honestly never again. Flannels and end clothing are way better wish I had never used scotts

Part of JD sports says it all really.
Stay well clear of this cowboy outfit

Two weeks now has been returned and no refund... I will get my bank to Issue a charge back against you
