Nice to get quotes before all the details are asked for, but I wasn’t sure why I wasn’t eligible for the plan I had intended to buy, as far as I could tell, I should have been.
Hopefully, I won’t have to find out how they do for paying out!
Update: Yes, you contacted me and explained. Might I suggest that you do some advertising in Europe for your service, because I had no idea this sort of insurance was offered, before I did some searching online. Airlines always promote travel insurance, when health insurance is much more important!

Le 6 février, j'ai rendu une paire de bottes que j'avais achetée en ligne et qui me convenait mal. J'ai déposé le colis au point relais de DHL, qui a été scanné et dont j'ai une trace. Depuis lors, il n'y a plus d'informations sur la localisation du colis, et DHL et Dr Martens ignorent tous les deux mes e-mails. seulement une réponse automatique de DHL. Rien du tout du Dr Martens.
Je suppose qu'après plus d'un mois, il est temps de passer à twitter... etc.

Ordered a pair of sandals in early July, only to find that their sizing had completely changed. Returned them and ordered another pair in the correct size according to their chart, but while the length was correct, they were too small in the straps. Returned that pair, and have now been waiting over a month and a half for my refund, and all I get from supposed real agents, is that they need confirmation from the relevant department…please be patient, or variations on that. Not only is this kind of service unhelpful, but it is insulting.
My husband used to always have Clark’s shoes, but now from my digging today, I see the company has been bought out by a Hong Kong firm, which seems to like to swindle people.
BEWARE!
Update: Have received refund for only one pair in September, and am still waiting for the second refund and any explanation for the delay. Today is 24 September. Returned shoes in July!!

Well packed and reached France quickly enough. Don’t know what will happen after the dumb Brexit, as far as shipping goes.
The products have been super...mainly purchased Klair’s, which have been a big relief to my very stressed out, red, dry, and broken out skin. I’m not as bothered.
