They replied with the following in a private email after writing the poor review on here by email:

This clearly is the only way you’ll get a response from these dodgy gets - as it’s eats into margins getting poor reviews. Well answer your customers with legitimate and warranted, proof included responses and stop taking people for idio*ts - I will not let this go. So get your data to me and demonstrate how you came up with such a move, otherwise next trading standards or better the gambling commission.

Very slow at paying out. Also if you up your spending limit (as we all know when you are reaching your limit every site just eats the remainder as it understands you cannot put any more in) also this particular site doesn't send any notification and restricts your spending limit. They say responsible gambling - what's responsible about restricting an approved limit, for their own gain - nothing to do with being responsible for players! and this is a new fix across all casino sites to allow them to extract the most from you. Worst Casino out of all of them - hands down. Ruthless. How they still have a license for games is beyond me. Not a scratch on 888 or Sky Vegas, PP games should be closed down. Still completely shocking, feature 80p win, not the first time either - definitely rigged, they say they have no control - but yet have servers that span rooms upon rooms for hosting and running the games, They talk absolute rubbish to try, and fob you off. Needs to be seriously looked into. They refresh winning games on starting a game so you're drained of your balance if you have won in the past too many times for their liking.

Features are shocking
Getting onto a feature at either 20p, 40p, 60p or 80p - highest payout 40 pounds! If on 40p expect a 2-8 pound win at the end of a feature. It's absolutely ridiculous. No big wins so you never cash out ultimately leaving you with a guaranteed loss. Worst casino played so far.

888 is by far, hands down the best. Example: Biggest win with 888 on 60p 1600, and there's 200/300/400 pound wins at 20p and 40p. Not a robbing 2-6 pounds! Not in the same league at all.
