Review of Ingeus UK

Ingeus is a Scam

I was referred to this company by the jobcentre 4 months ago and I can honestly say they have given me zero assistance and at times actually hindered me. They provided me with bus tickets that weren’t valid for travel and it took them 7 weeks to finally accept that the tickets were useless, but only after I provided them with a video of a bus driver explaining why they weren’t valid and I had supplied the tickets I had paid for. Even after doing this I’m still waiting 7 days later to be reimbursed. Incidentally, in the 4 months that I have been with them they have not found 1 lead, they literally have done nothing except make attending a back to work course arranged by the JC extremely difficult

DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR POSITIVE REVIEWS

DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR POSITIVE REVIEWS, THEY OFFER THE COST OF LEGAL FEES AS AN INCENTIVE.
I accepted their quote with PMPL for £759inc VAT & all Disbursement's, I was horrified when 6 months later after having already paid £517, I was presented with a bill of £654.40 a day before exchanging/completing, without any indication that additional fees would be incurred. Over £200 for water drainage & environmental searches and over £60 "finders fee" for arranging an indemnity policy for which was purchased by the seller and I am still unclear as to what it covers or why it was necessary

Review of Brother Industries

Brothers none existent support

When I decided I should invest in a new industrial sewing machine, as mine predated the Roman Empire and lacked all of the post-industrial revolution “mod cons” that newer models have. I believed that Brother was a quality trusted brand and worth paying the extra for. After some research I chose their new Nexio S-7250a model at nearly £1300 and for the 1st 11months I was (kind of) happy with it. Until it suddenly stopped working, mid seam with error code e211. Unable to find solution myself I had to return to shop. They charged £185 to fix what they describe as normal wear and tear - (trading standards are on the case because it was still in warranty) 5 hours after “the fix” same problem. I’ve tried messaging Brothers so called customer service multiple times over 2 ½ weeks through both their website and directly through email explaining the issue and that I’ve been left without any means to support myself. Despite this, they have not even acknowledged any of the emails I have sent pleading for assistance. I can only assume the contempt they appear to show towards their customers is due to either not giving a shiny s**t about them or the customer care dept has been inundated with complaints/enquiries from other customers dissatisfied with their products and services as I am. I’ve just noticed that trustpilots website asks if I would like them to notify Brother industries about this review 🤣🤣🤣🤣 - by all means you can try, but I wouldn’t expect a reply anytime soon
