Very helpful assistance from Lilith at first instance and in passing on a post- purchase enquiry to one of your engineers for a request for some simple advice. Regrettably, nearly a week later, no response at all from the ‘engineer’. Poor after sales surprisingly.

Good value from a reputable company

Good value from a reputable company. Too many others are being uncompetitive and unfair. My renewal quote from my previous insurers increased by 33% despite never having made a claim in my 20+ years of motorcycling.

A four and a half hour wait for…

A four and a half hour wait for assistance for a call made at 7 am on a quiet Sunday morning is not acceptable. I kept being told that it was exceptionally busy in my area, at 7am in a rural area with no traffic the road. The regular 30 minute texts telling me that they were doing their very best could, I imagine, prove potentially dangerous for any one with high blood pressure, they certainly got me going. Overall very disappointing and I certainly won’t be renewing again.
