Complaint about new computer system.…

The operater was called Jennifer and she dealt with my complaint in a professional way but could not resolve one of my issues as the 'system' was not capable of identifying my two generating systems separately. Not happy that a new btter system couldn't do what the previous system could. Not really better is it!!

I am able to live a dream of winning.

I am able to live a dream of winning a property that has a high value and located in an idyllic location. Even when I don't win, I have the comfort of knowing that a large donation goes to a worthy cause and/or charity. I've won a couple of free entries from previous draws that at least increases the chance of winning

Service and MOT

Very busy with little time for discussion, no transport into Truro whilst service etc. but still done to a high standard with a curtesy vacuum of car so on reflection acceptable and will not put me off going back in the future.

However, I do apologise about the availability of our loan cars. Our dealerships always endeavor to book customers in as requested. However, due to the volume of work booked we are not always able to provide loan vehicles.

Really good service standard

Ordered an inset double oven cooker and set a date for delivery. AO confirmed the date and confirmed that they would text me a 3hr. window when the item would be delivered. True to word just after 7am I received a text message confirming a noon - 3pm delivery window. At 11.45 a call from the driver confirming they would be with me at 12.15 and again the delivery lorry arrived on time and the item was put into the kitchen as requested. Really can't fault the service as this was just before Christmas when I'd imagine it would be the busiest time for deliveries. Well done AO.
