I was very happy with the service provided by Rachel Timmerman regarding extending the term of my lease recently. The procedure was dealt with efficiently and in a very friendly and professional way by Rachel and her collegues at Taylor Rose in Guildford. As there were 3 of us in the same position we were offered a reduced rate for the work. Altogether very happy with this experience and the outcome.

Received some very helpful customer service from a keen and interested employee. He couldn't have done any more to help me resolve the issue I was experiencing!

Really pleased with the blue puffer jacket I purchased recently. Been looking for a new jacket for a while and this one was exactly what I wanted. Even managed to get a very generous discount and the item was delivered pretty quickly considering it was a few days before Xmas. Very happy...!

Received the Ferrari and Lamborghini Driving Thrill for one for my 50th birthday from friends.
Booked Lydden Hill Circuit in Canterbury. Meet and register member of staff was very friendly. Was quite anxious as had never driven a car with paddles before. Went round first in the Ferrari which was great - can't recall the name of the instructor, who was quite softly spoken so I struggled to hear the instructions but he didn't shout at me so I must have been ok! And if I thought that was great, the Lamborghini drive was even better. The instructor was Jonty who was absolutely brilliant. He was really nice chilled and funny guy and made me feel totally relaxed. Gave me clear instructions all the way round and encouraged me to push my limits which made me enjoy the experience even more! Was buzzing at the end and had a really great time. Would definetely book again and hope to get Jonty as well.....my only complaint is that I wish it had been longer due to me enjoying it so much!

Extremely efficient delivery service. I ordered late one night and by the time I got to work the next morning they had contacted me re delivery. By 11am they sent another message saying they were contacting me again as I had not yet responded to their earlier message! I arranged delivery for the Thursday having ordered late on Monday night. I received a text confirming a window for delivery between 9am and 12 noon. This was updated to 10am to 1pm. Im told by my wife who was at home when they delivered around 10.30am, that they were friendly, quick and efficient. Overall very satisfied with the service received.

I had a very nice expensive (in excess of £100) Cross pen bought for me by my mother in law for my 40th. It has a lot of sentimental value and was intended as a lifetime gift and I have used it carefully and sparingly. Unfortunately the clip on the pen lid broke recently and so I contacted Cross Customer Service. I knew they offered a lifetime mechanical warranty on their pens and so assumed it would be covered for a repair. It turns out they couldn't give a damn!! Not prepared to do anything about it. Forget a replacement, they don't even want to offer me a repair. So I now have a £120 pen that doesn't clip onto anyhting and looks an eyesore. Ive got pens that cost a tenth of the price that I use day in day out that are still fully intact. Don't trust these con artists!! They'll take your money and run.

The whole process was smooth from start to finish. I was able to communicate effectively with ENACT throughout. The online connection was great.
