Why use Spring GDS to deliver goods to their customers

SportPursuit use Spring GDS to deliver the goods they sell. Spring GDS are one of the worst courier companies you can use (just look at Trustpilot) so why would SportPursuit use a service that simply does not respond to customers when they wish to find out where their package is? SportPursuit do not help in these cases and neither does Spring despite having a contact form.

Utterly appaling CX

There is Contact Us link on their website (no telephone number) but if you fill this out you are wasting your time. GSD simply cannot be bothered to respond and clearly do not value their unfortunate customers in any way.
Sellers using them to deliver their good cannot be basing it on their performance and this clearly couldn't care less either.

There is Contact Us link on their website (no telephone number) but if you fill this out you are wasting your time. GSD simply cannot be bothered to respond and clearly do not value their unfortunate customers in any way.

Motocaddy M3 GPS Electric Service is slower than a tortoise with broken legs

I bought the Motocaddy M3 GPS Electric Golf Trolley through Clubhouse Golf as a treat for Xmas. It arrived quickly and initially I thought it was just about one of the best purchases I had ever made and wondered how I had ever managed without it.
Unfortunately it broke after less than 10 rounds (I don't get to play very often) - the engine was turning but not the wheels. Then my nightmare began. Being based in Ireland I was responsible for shipping. This is not made clear in the T&C's. I paid for shipping and it arrived on 10 August. Clubhouse Golf then ship it to Motocaddy and are reliant on them. 6 weeks later still no ETA on repair or when I will have the premium product I paid €1,000 for back.

The returns from the EU is covered in our terms and conditions (see 6.5)

Unfortunately, DPD closed the EU returns service after Brexit, but we're hopeful that will open up again very soon. That is out of our control, so we can't give a date on that one.

If you have a ticket with our returns team, they are available to provide an update between 9am and 5pm.

I shipped it back and it arrived at the start of August. About a month later I received an update today from Clubhouse Golf - "I have spoken to Motocaddy, and this is currently in the que to be repaired'. This is about a month after they received the trolley so INMHO unacceptably slow, especially given that this is a premium product which broke down so quickly.

Ordered a hoover online for delivery

Ordered a hoover online for delivery. Did not arrive when expected. the one time their chat service worked I was told I have the hoover shortly. Guess what it did not arrive. Asked twice for update online which is supposed to be responded to in 24 hours, no response. Finally got hold of CS a week after the order and they informed me the relevant store would call me. Guess what they didn't. I called the store, I wqas told I would be called back in 10 min. Guess what no call back. 2nd time I called i was put on hold until the call was cut off. Third time I called i spoke to someone helpful and they had the order as collect whilst it was for delivery and this was confirmed in email. They could not expedite my order after the litany of terrible CSand the fact that they screwed up so I cancelled my order. Will never buy from this store again.

I have contacted CS three times via their website.

On their website they promise to revert in 2 days.

None of my outreaches have been returned.
