I bought a ticket on kiwi for a Finnair flight for 50% of it's price on official website. Everything went smoothly (except one Paypal payment). I was expecting the worst after reading comments here but I got my Finnair tickets several hours earlier with usual 6 digit airline code, and in airport it worked well too. Happy that I chose kiwi

Probably the worst delivery experience I had, will never order again like that.

- I got a notification in the morning that I will receive the parcel about midday, while I'm still in the office and can't arrange anything
- around 4pm status changed to "received and signed by Mr *NOT ME*" - I didn't receive any call from a delivery and was worried someone stole my parcel
- finally it was sent to a pickup point far from my place, where I needed to wait in a queue of 15 people under the rain for 40 min to get the parcel (not possible to rearrange delivery online - UPS didn't leave any note)

Result:
Gomibo - 5/5 - great price, overnight shipping, nice customer service
UPS - 0/5 - will never order with them again
