Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews before I purchased. Same comments as others - jumper doesn’t look anything like advertised on the website. It’s not knitted and the design is just printed on. It’s wearable for a Halloween party but there’s no way I would have paid nearly £40 for it if I’d seen the quality before buying. Given the hassle others have had with trying to return, I’m just going to suck it up this time and always remember to check reviews for things before buying next time!

Just sold my car through the car buying group. The process was straightforward and the communication was great. I was kept informed of what would happen all through the process and they were more than happy to answer my questions. On the day, everything went as planned, and the driver doing the collection phoned me when he was half an hour away. Once the car had been inspected, payment was transferred quickly, with calls to confirm I had received it. The driver also waited until I had confirmed. Thank you for a smooth service.

Appalling customer service from these cowboys. Only sent half my order and have since been palming me off and ignoring emails and voicemails when I try to follow-up. Total scam - avoid.

Recently bought a DKN endurun treadmill from Sweatband. Price for the treadmill was very good and the whole transaction was straightforward. I was kept informed by email and text at each step of the process. Delivery company were very helpful and obliging too, which made the delivery of such a big item a lot less stressful. Great price for the foam roller I bought. Just as robust as a similar branded one I had bought in the past from elsewhere at around 3 times the price. Delivery was super-quick too.

I contacted Pickfords at very short notice prior to my move (new build - only 2 weeks notice of move-in date) and they were fantastic from that point onwards, shuffling things around to be able to accommodate my move date. I was well informed of the what the process on the day would be beforehand, so I knew what to expect. On the day, they worked calmly, efficiently and professionally and weren't at all phased by the fact that I still hadn't packed a lot of items! They also kindly supplied me with some extra boxes. On unloading the van at the new property, they put everything where I asked them to. Nothing seemed too much trouble and I would highly recommend.
