Don’t deserve any stars
Appalling customer service from these cowboys. Only sent half my order and have since been palming me off and ignoring emails and voicemails when I try to follow-up. Total scam - avoid.

I can see a member of our customer service team had requested a declaration form to be completed so that we could investigate the missing item. This was then reviewed and the missing pack of masks were then sent out to you. We truly hope this packing error, which was later resolved, has not deterred you from using our service in future.
