I was in at time of delivery, no knock or ring at the door, no note through the letter box, I had to look at my security camera to see it was handed to a neighbour

I am experiencing a lot of pain from lower back, coccyx and sacrum to the point I'm unable to sit down without pain, sleeping is very sporadic. I decided I needed to firm up my sagging mattress and looked at a lot of reviews. I decided on the hybrid simba. So far I'm really pleased, it's like having a whole new mattress. Firm enough to feel very supportive but enough give so you don't feel like you're lying on brick. I'm now off the bedroom floor and sleeping much better. Thank you Simba
Ordered online, it did not turn up so I rang the collection store who told me to ring Lloyd's customer services who then rang the store. Item had not been ordered so I got my money back. I have ordered before with no problem but probably would not risk it again

Fatface is one of my go to brands, great quality good ethics and love the styling. I would have given 5/5 but the courier they choose to use is Hermes. Need I say anymore?

Always find wonderful, different gifts from Nkuku. Very well made and ethically sourced. I bought my sister a beautiful iron planter and my neice a brass jewellery holder. Very happy with both and I'll really try to hand them over at Christmas!
I've bought a lot from Nkuku. I love the ethics of the company and always find something I love. I've also purchased for gifts and they're always very happy. The quality is extremely good and the ranges are very different from what you get on the high street. I would thoroughly recommend. Ps. The hanging planters are gorgeous, all my family have them now!
The sight says help is available 24/7. I have not once been able to get hold of ANYONE for support. I have left numerous messages and rang and rang. I have emailed with my questions and have not had any help. 2 weeks in I'm tearing my hair out. Sometimes the tutorial is running fine, the next it will completely freeze, the next totally run off without you. My signal is fine! If you might need help whilst learning, I really would not choose this course.

Speaker had broken on my phone. Called the repair people, they sent me a bag which arrived quickly. All I had to do was back up my data and send it off. It was back working perfectly a few days later. Great job👍
