Purchased a car that we had spent a long time searching for, exactly what we wanted.
While waiting for it to arrive they did call weekly but always had minimal information about the car but once onsite they were very help and the process was easy and efficient.
It did take a long time from reserving to viewing as it took 3 weeks going through the prep centre, didn’t come with mats and was told that’s how it is and wouldn't manoeuvre on price to compensate for it. No negotiation on price which was poor especially waiting 3 weeks and then not having mats and warranty isn’t standard as stated it’s an additional cost which wasn’t budgeted for and then to get home 1.5 hours away to find the spare key didn’t work, changed battery nothing then noticed the key pattern isn’t the same as the one that works, called them up currently 4 days in with a spare key that doesn’t work and no help.
