Bad service, bad warranty, bad terms

I'm very dissapointed in this shop. First issue with them was some time ago when I ordered earings, there was a promotion where you get in bonus a pendant. They sent me totally different pendant than indicated, quite an ugly one, hard to imagine somebody would wear that. And they refused to solve this problem. Next after a year or so stone fell out of the earing, girlfriend didn't notice that and now it's lost. They have a "lifetime warrant" but not for this case when you lose a stone :) Local jeweler told me that it's a fault of a manufacturer - a glue problem. I tried to contact them and asked for my options, even if that means I need to pay for the stone. They just ignore me. I wouldn't order anything from there in future.
EDIT:
Order number as indicated is 5954061866 and is from 22.10.2019. I got email confirmation on 15/06/2021 that my return request was received and you will process it 2-4 working days. So your systems are not working I guess. I know that your rules about promotions etc, but still you should inform customer and ask if he agrees that item is changed. And in general replacement item should be something equal/similar not a class lower stuff, makes me think your promotion is just for few lucky ones and rest of clients receive some leftovers nobody buys.

Sorry to hear about your disappointment. Our promotional pendants are limited with stocks and a substitute is sent in case of unavailability, as explained in the campaign terms and conditions. You agree to these terms when you place an order.

The reference number that you shared is from two years ago and there is no returned products under this number. The lifetime warranty does not cover any lost parts as explained in our return policy, however we are always ready and willing to offer solutions to our customers. Please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

Not to be trusted.

Not to be trusted.
They sent me email to fill survey and I would receive 100$ in stocks for this. Filled survey, wasted my time, filled requested form etc - all good. But they didn't send me stocks, waited for multiple days, finally decided to close my account since I also didn't receive any email why they decided to not send them or delay so long. Don't get me wrong, I don't expect to receive free gifts, but I don't like fake promises and wasted time.

When you underpay your transaction

When you underpay your transaction, for example due to exchange fees, Bitpay will offer only refund not another transaction to cover remaining amount. What's funny - refund fee was more than twice as large as fee from my exchange. So I paid 0.0005 BTC fee for 1st transaction, then for refund I paid 0.0011 BTC and another 0.0005 BTC for another transaction to fix my mistake. Instead it could be 2 x 0.005 BTC transactions.
