3 magnificent swamp cypresses arrived…

3 magnificent swamp cypresses arrived at dawn today. Not a twig was damaged and all 3 are the best specimens I have ever seen. They were also almost twice the size of the ones I ordered and paid for. They arrived promptly. I know that they will thrive in our muddy soil because I have a big one which is a superb specimen. Thanks for your efficiency, quality, generosity and humour.

Difficult to register for advertised offer

Website is cluttered and difficult to navigate.
I tried to register for an offer sent to me by email but, despite numerous attempts doing it in various different ways, I failed. It as if they try to make it as difficult as possible.

Confusing introductory terms. Unable to cancel before first order was being processed. Items in first order completely inappropriate for our choice of types of meal. Pushed for second order before we could cancel initial membership.

We are so sorry to hear of the inconvenience you had with our service. As a company, we do try to make cancelling as easy and clear as we can for customers. As a subscription service, we take this kind of feedback very seriously and are always working to make sure customers have the best user experience possible.

Once you sign up your first order would be put in place you can then choose the meals you want in that box by going to the 'My Menu' page. You can also view the meals before signing up - just go to our homepage and click on the 'Our Recipes' tab and then select 'On the Menu' from the dropdown here's a link to the page: https://www.hellofresh.co.uk/menus/.

The important thing to remember is that we have a deadline for all upcoming orders which is 5 days before your delivery, so any changes on your account need to be made by this point so they can have effect on your next delivery.

To explain the importance of this, following our deadline, our Product team place the exact number of orders with our suppliers. Our Supply Chain team then notify our packing team to let them know exactly how many boxes they'll be packing and let our couriers know of how many deliveries they'll be making. We do worry about food waste so we only order the exact amount of ingredients we need weekly from them and settle our accounts with the suppliers and the couriers as well right after the deadline.

Exactly what we were seeking.

Delicious gammon, ham hock and ham slices, all free from phosphates.
Rib-eye steak as good as any I have ever tasted. Luxury granola not cheap but different from all the competitors and delicious.
Ordering system efficient with good notifications.
Help line to ask for ingredient information was excellent.

You don’t need my private home phone number.

I strongly object to being required to provide my private home telephone number IN ADDITION to my email address in order to provide feedback as suggested by the trader and yourselves.
You only need one or the other in order to confirm my review. I chose email. Why do you want my home phone number? What are you going to do with it? I couldn’t proceed without giving both. I do not give my consent for you to use my phone number for any purpose whatsoever.
